This Privacy Notice explains what information may be collected when you use Jefferson County Released Inmates, how that information is used, and when it may be shared. Public-records access through sheriff, court, CDOC, BOP, or VINELink pages is governed by those outside systems and, where applicable, Colorado public-records and criminal-justice-records rules such as the Colorado Criminal Justice Records Act.
